Molly Pitcher Inn Room Reservations

Conference and Workshop participants should call the Molly Pitcher Inn directly to reserve your room at 732-747-2500. Use code “NAREA” to book at the negotiated block rate. Reservation cutoff date is May 7, 2026. Book as early as possible.

Room costs are $305 per night for single or double occupancy and are subject to 6.625% sales occupancy tax and 8% state occupancy tax per room per night.

There will be an additional person charge of $15.00 per third and fourth person per room per night. Children under 17 years of age may share the same room accompanied by an adult at no additional chard. Rollaway beds are subject to a $15 fee per night and are based on availability for only certain room types. There is a maximum of 4 people per room.

Standard check in time is 3:00pm. While the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests that arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Checkout time is by 11 am. Late

If you are interested in finding a roommate for the 2026 NAREA Annual Meeting, please add your information to this Google Sheet to facilitate the search process. Please note that NAREA is providing this platform solely as a resource. NAREA is not involved in the roommate matching process, and all participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. For those making a match on the Google Sheet, do NOT book your room the regular way (as described above) if you want to split the bill. Instead, and to ensure the hotel can split the bill for you, please email the Front Office Manager, Kelsey Hanlon, directly at khanlon@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com and provide both names of the guests sharing a room. They can then set up the reservation in advance on their end and have their team reach out to each student individually to securely collect your payment details. If you are not splitting the bill, you can register in the standard way.
